\u00a0<\/strong>It is a common misconception that reading auras is a gift reserved only for a special few. In reality, anyone can see an aura (the etheric body). The only reason we don’t is because our brains filter it out as “information unnecessary for daily survival.”<\/p>\r\n

If our brains were to process every single bit of the vast amount of sensory data entering through our eyes, ears, skin, and tongue, they would quickly short-circuit. To prevent this, the brain selectively filters information to suit our convenience. This process involves corrective functions, such as “memory color.” For example, when a yellow banana is placed under a blue light, your brain relies on past experience to perceive it as “yellow.”<\/p>\r\n

In other words, we do not see the world “as it is”\u2014we only see “the world we already know.” However, just as martial artists can be trained to sense the movement of “Ki” (an opponent\u2019s intent to strike before they even move), we can relearn how to see auras through practice.
