Today, let us take a deep dive into the concept of the “energy field” (the energy of a space), which holds the key to fundamentally transforming the quality of our daily lives, blending the latest scientific perspectives with the core philosophy of Emoto-ism.

What is the True Nature of the Invisible “Field”?

 “The moment that person walks in, the whole room brightens up.” “There is something about this place that makes me feel uneasy.” We constantly sense this invisible “something” in our daily lives. In Japanese, we refer to this as Ba (the field or space), and there is undeniably a tangible energy residing within it.

This phenomenon can be understood through two major perspectives:

＊The Physical Field: Electromagnetic fields, gravitational fields, and quantum fields.

＊The Vital Field (Spiritual Field): The formative energy of life often discussed in Qigong, alternative medicine, and quantum mechanics.

Consider the Earth: it is essentially a giant magnet wrapped in an invisible membrane of energy called the “magnetosphere.” This magnetic shield acts as a vital barrier, protecting all life on Earth from harmful solar radiation. It is also the reason migratory birds can travel thousands of miles without getting lost—they perceive this invisible magnetic force using their internal “biological compass.”

 In the natural world, there is a universal shape through which energy circulates with maximum efficiency. This is the “torus”—a donut-shaped, self-sustaining vortex of energy circulation.

This form represents a fundamental design of the universe. It manifests in the macroscopic world as planets and galaxies, in familiar nature as the cross-sections of apples and oranges, and all the way down to the microscopic world of atoms. We, as human beings, are also enveloped in this torus-shaped energy field.

The crucial point here is that for humans, the center of this torus is located right in the heart. The heart is the body’s most powerful generator of electromagnetic fields.

According to pioneering research (such as studies conducted by the HeartMath Institute), the electrical output of the heart is roughly 60 times greater than that of the brain. Even more astonishingly, its magnetic strength is approximately 5,000 times stronger than that of the brain. This powerful magnetic field extends several meters (about 3 to 4 meters) outside the physical body, and its presence has been clearly mapped and verified by highly sensitive magnetometers.

This magnetic field envelops your entire body in a beautiful, flowing torus shape. Through this powerful vibration generated by the heart’s magnetic field, the information of our “thoughts” and “emotions” is continuously circulating—rippling into every single cell of our bodies and outward into the vast universe.

We do not exist as physical flesh alone. In the world of Hado measurement, we can detect the states of “four invisible bodies” that overlap outside our physical form:

The energetic blueprint that maintains vitality and physical health.

 Water, which makes up about 70% of our physical body, acts as an antenna that receives information from these higher-dimensional fields. Simultaneously, it functions as a memory storage device, transmitting that data throughout our entire system. When our energy field is aligned and harmonious, the water crystals within our bodies also form beautiful, ordered structures, bringing true harmony to both mind and body.

 It is a common misconception that reading auras is a gift reserved only for a special few. In reality, anyone can see an aura (the etheric body). The only reason we don’t is because our brains filter it out as “information unnecessary for daily survival.”

If our brains were to process every single bit of the vast amount of sensory data entering through our eyes, ears, skin, and tongue, they would quickly short-circuit. To prevent this, the brain selectively filters information to suit our convenience. This process involves corrective functions, such as “memory color.” For example, when a yellow banana is placed under a blue light, your brain relies on past experience to perceive it as “yellow.”

In other words, we do not see the world “as it is”—we only see “the world we already know.” However, just as martial artists can be trained to sense the movement of “Ki” (an opponent’s intent to strike before they even move), we can relearn how to see auras through practice. The secret is to stop trying to see with your physical eyes and start trying to feel.

1. Observe the Connection Between Your Fingertips Against a dark background, bring the middle fingers of both hands close together, facing each other. As you exhale, focus on them with the clear intention that “energy is flowing from my fingertips.” You will begin to see a faint, white, smoke-like mist.
   
   
2. Move Your Fingers Slowly pull your fingers apart or shift them sideways, and notice how the mist stretches between them like thin, energetic threads.
   
   
3. Gaze at Yourself in the Mirror Stand in front of a mirror. Instead of focusing sharply, relax your eyes into a soft, half-closed gaze (“Han-gan”) and look around your shoulders. When you see a faint layer of light outline your body, you are looking at your energy field.

 In the world once described by Isaac Newton, human beings were mere bystanders. However, the advent of quantum mechanics completely overturned this conventional wisdom—a phenomenon perfectly demonstrated by the famous double-slit experiment.

Quanta, the fundamental building blocks of matter, exist merely as “waves (waves of potential)” when no one is watching. Yet, the exact moment someone observes them, they instantly transform into “particles (physical matter).” In short, reality only solidifies when our “consciousness” intervenes.

This beautifully aligns with the truth that our late Chairman, Dr. Masaru Emoto, dedicated his life to sharing: “Words (vibrations) transform water crystals (matter).” We are not passive bystanders in this world; we are the “Creators” of every single moment.

 “The Law of the Mirror” applies this exact mechanism to our daily lives. The events that unfold before us and the reactions of others are nothing more than a projection screen reflecting our inner thoughts and beliefs (our inner blueprint).

• The Filter of Consciousness The moment you decide you want a new watch, you suddenly start noticing watch advertisements everywhere. The world didn’t change; your consciousness did, altering how your brain filters incoming information.
• Others are Your Mirror If you find yourself angered by someone who acts completely freely, it is often a sign that you hold a rigid, subconscious rule within yourself that says, “I must not be free.”
• Wiping the Dirt off the Mirror No matter how hard you wipe a mirror, the smudge on your face won’t disappear. You must wash your own face. In the same way, shifting your inner vibration is the only true way to change your outer reality.

Our energy fields are in a constant state of mutual exchange with everything and everyone around us.

Energy Exchange and the Flow of “Giving” Our energy fields are in a continuous state of mutual influence with our surroundings.

• Energy-Draining States When fueled by jealousy or a desire to control, a person drains energy from those around them, causing others to wither and shrink.

• Energy-Giving States When we interact with others through love, gratitude, and altruism, we radiate energy to everyone around us.

Interestingly, within a torus structure, any energy projected outward inevitably flows back to its source. When you wholeheartedly support someone and give them your energy, you feel energized too. This is proof that the energetic circulation has been maximized, revitalizing your own field.

 As Nikola Tesla foresaw, the Earth is a giant generator that produces a staggering amount of energy through its rotation and revolution. The universe itself is a vast field brimming with infinite energy.

How, then, do we receive our desired reality from this universe? It works exactly like choosing a channel on a television.

Countless broadcast waves (possibilities) are flying through the air, but you won’t see a thing unless you tune the television to the right frequency. Whichever frequency we tune our “consciousness” to determines the reality—the “picture”—that we pull into our lives.

1. Thought (Consciousness) Comes First First, you tune into the channel.
2. Vibrational Interference That consciousness ripples out and affects the universal field.
3. Reality Follows With a slight time lag, the physical events materialize.

As taught in the Buddhist Heart Sutra, “Form is emptiness, emptiness is form.” The visible world of matter (form) and the invisible field of energy (emptiness) are two sides of the same coin. The space around us that appears completely empty is actually filled with infinite energy.

 Our emotions and thoughts are the vibrations we paint onto the grand canvas of the universe.

There is no need to panic or feel anxious if your reality hasn’t changed just yet. Just as there is a brief pause between turning on a TV and the picture appearing on the screen, the universe is currently rearranging reality to match your new vibration.

The simple “Thank you” you speak today carries a beautiful vibration. It purifies the water within your body, brightens your torus field, and will ultimately rewrite the fabric of the world into something beautiful.

1. Matter with Two Faces: “Particle” and “Wave”

First, let us look at an experiment where microscopic matter (such as electrons) is fired toward a wall with two slits.

• Characteristics as a Particle: If matter were simply a tiny “particle,” it would pass through the two slits and leave exactly “two lines” on the back wall.
• Characteristics as a Wave: If matter were a “wave,” the waves passing through the two slits would interfere with each other, creating multiple stripes (an interference pattern) on the wall.

When the actual experiment is conducted, a surprising thing happens. Even when electrons are fired one by one, an interference pattern—the footprint of a wave—appears on the wall. This implies that the electron behaved as an “insubstantial wave of energy that can exist anywhere at once.”

2. Reality is Fixed the Moment It is “Observed”

Intrigued by this, scientists installed a camera (measuring device) to see which slit each electron actually passed through. Then, something unbelievable occurred. The moment it was watched by the camera, the electron, which had been behaving as a “wave” until then, suddenly began to act just like a solid “particle.” The pattern on the wall instantly changed back to “two lines.”

3. Our “Consciousness” Influences the World

What this experiment suggests is that “until someone looks at it (observes it), the world exists merely as a wave of possibilities.” Chairman Masaru Emoto shared with the world how “vibrations (energy)” such as words and music can change the shapes of water crystals. This double-slit experiment may also show us, through the eyes of science, that the energy of our consciousness and attention determines the state of matter. We are not merely observers of this world; we play a part as “creators” who actively bring this world into being.
