Why the HADO of Love and Gratitude Create Beautiful Crystals

What Water Whispers to Us

“Love and Gratitude”—these are the words that the late Masaru Emoto cherished above all else throughout his lifelong research into HADO (vibrational energy).

Dr. Emoto conducted countless experiments where he spoke various words, played different types of music, and offered prayers to water, then froze it to observe the resulting crystals under a microscope. Among all the stimuli tested, the words “Love and Gratitude” consistently generated some of the most exquisitely formed and beautiful crystals.

But why these two specific words?

Love and Gratitude as the Energy of “Harmony”

Dr. Emoto believed that human emotions and words possess their own unique, inherent vibrations, which in turn influence water.

Emotions such as anger, hatred, and fear create division, conflict, and tension. On the other hand, love and gratitude foster acceptance, empathy, and harmony.

The Beauty of Order Inherent in Nature

If the fundamental essence of the universe is “order and harmony,” then love and gratitude can be seen as the states of being closest to that universal order. Water, perhaps, visualizes this truth by expressing it through beautiful, geometric crystal patterns.

Snowflakes, honeycombs, the arrangement of flower petals—nature is filled with astonishingly beautiful order. These are not random coincidences; they can be understood as the result of energy finding its most efficient and stable state.

When the vibrations of love and gratitude act upon water, the water molecules arrange themselves into a more synchronized, harmonious state, giving rise to highly symmetrical, breathtakingly beautiful crystals.

The Essence of Love and Gratitude: Awakening to “Connection”

Interestingly, the world’s major religions all share a common emphasis on the importance of love and gratitude.

Though their languages and expressions may differ, their core essence remains the same. This suggests that throughout human history, we have known through collective experience that love and gratitude possess the power to harmonize relationships between people, between humanity and nature, and between humanity and the divine.

What, then, is the true nature of love and gratitude?

It seems to stem from a profound sense that “you and I are fundamentally connected.”

  • Gratitude is the heart that realizes, “I am not living entirely on my own.”
  • Love is the heart that concludes, “I accept your existence exactly as you are.”

Neither of these forces creates separation; instead, they both weave connection.

Given that roughly 60 to 70 percent of our bodies are made of water, speaking words of love and gratitude to ourselves daily must bring harmony to our bodies and minds, just as it does to water crystals. In a way, it is the practice of nurturing life itself into a beautiful crystal.

Dr. Emoto often said:

“Humans are born out of love, and return through gratitude.”

We are blessed and loved into this world, and at the journey’s end, we depart with gratitude for the countless encounters and support we received along the way. This is not mere moral advice; it is a philosophy reflecting the very essence of human existence and a shared wisdom found across global spiritual traditions.

A Life Beginning in LOVE

Every single one of us is born into a web of life woven by our parents, families, and countless ancestors. From the moment we enter this world, we are held, protected, and nurtured by someone else.

At the starting point of every life, there is always “love received.”

A baby is not loved because they achieved something; they are loved simply because they exist. Love is the power to validate another’s existence unconditionally. Human beings are, by nature, meant to begin their lives wrapped in love.

A Life Ending in GRATITUDE

It is said that as people approach the final chapters of their lives, many arrive at a shared realization.

They realize, “I did not walk this path alone.”

Family, friends, mentors, and peers; the people who grew the food we ate, and the countless nameless individuals who sustained society—when we truly understand how deeply our lives were supported by so many existences, gratitude naturally wells up in our hearts.

In our youth, we may think, “I achieved this through my own hard work.” Yet, looking back on a long life, we notice the dynamic, invisible support that was always present behind the scenes. This realization transforms into a deep gratitude that brings a profound peace to the soul.

Gratitude, ultimately, is the “awakening to our interconnectedness.”

LOVE and GRATITUDE in Buddhism, Shinto, and Christianity

In Buddhism, it is taught that all things exist through Engi (dependent origination). Nothing exists entirely on its own. Deeply understanding this dissolves arrogance and fosters compassion and gratitude for others. Jihi (loving-kindness and compassion) is the practical application of love extended to all living things.

In Shinto, divinity is believed to reside within nature itself. When we bow our heads and press our hands together at a shrine, we offer a prayer of thanks: “Thank you for allowing me to live through another day.” The core of this faith is the practice of living with a grateful heart.

In Christianity, the Bible states that “God is love.” It teaches that human beings are sustained by God’s love, and those who receive this love are called to love others. Daily prayers are fundamentally incomplete without expressions of thanksgiving.

LOVE and GRATITUDE: A Singular Cycle

When we look closely, love and gratitude are not separate concepts.

Receiving love gives birth to gratitude, and holding gratitude allows love to grow.

The two support each other, flowing in a continuous, beautiful cycle. This is precisely why Dr. Emoto placed these two words side by side, delivering “Love and Gratitude” as his most vital, enduring message to the world.

A Life Formed by LOVEove and Sealed with GRATITUDE

Life is a long journey.

At the beginning of the journey, there is the love poured into us by so many. At the end of the journey, there is the gratitude we hold for so many.

Perhaps we are not born to acquire material possessions, but rather to receive love, to give love, and to learn gratitude.

If so, then today is an irreplaceable opportunity to express gratitude to someone and to extend kindness to another.

**  A life that begins in love and concludes in gratitude  **  — this may well be the most beautiful way to live the human experience.

Miraculous Escape from Patau Syndrome – Power of Love and Gratitude

Trisomy 13 (also known as Patau syndrome) is a congenital chromosomal disorder caused by the presence of an extra 13th chromosome, resulting in three copies instead of the usual two.

Affecting approximately 1 in 5,000 to 12,000 live births, it is characterized by severe intellectual disabilities and serious complications throughout the body, including the brain, heart, and facial structures.

In the past, the survival rate within the first month of life was around 20%, and less than 10% of children survived to their first birthday. Yet, this boy is now 17 years old, attends school, and can eat meals by mouth. This is a miraculous story filled with love and gratitude between a mother and her son.

Overcoming Despair Through the Power of Water

Interviewer: Raising your child must have been a very long journey. The shock of finding out he had a severe illness right after birth must have been immense. How did you manage to get through it?

Takeno: When my son was born and diagnosed with Trisomy 13 (Patau syndrome), I had no idea what it even meant. Our parenting journey began in absolute despair, knowing something was profoundly wrong without understanding the specifics.

The doctor told me, “Children with this condition have never been known to survive. It wouldn’t be wrong to turn off the ventilator here and let his life end. You have your own life to live too.”

Those words shocked me to my core. I had believed he was living by God’s grace, but I was being told that his life was sustained by electricity. The despair of knowing his life could end the moment a switch was flipped was overwhelming. I refused to turn off the ventilator, but feeling abandoned by both the medical world and God, everything went dark before my eyes. I didn’t know what to do.

However, a saving grace arrived: I happened to be reading Dr. Masaru Emoto’s book, The Hidden Messages in Water. When I pumped breast milk to deliver to the hospital for my son, I would play beautiful music for it and freeze it before bringing it in. I poured my prayers into it, wishing that all the water inside my son’s body would transform into beautiful crystals when he drank it.

Looking back, I wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t encountered Dr. Emoto’s book back then.

I began to think about sending that same wish throughout his entire body. I believed that if I kept visualizing feelings of safety and peace, he might get better. So, I gave names to all of his organs, thanked them, and kept talking to them continuously. As I kept this up, something truly mysterious began to happen.

Love and Gratitude Create a Miracle in the Heart

The doctors had told me, “There is a hole in his heart, and his lungs are stiff. Nothing is functioning normally. Eventually, they will stop working.” The reality was that because there were no documented cases of individuals with Trisomy 13 growing up, no treatments could be offered. But the one thing I could do was resolve to transform the water in my son’s body into beautiful crystals of love and gratitude.

In his blood tests, there was a marker used to measure heart failure (NT-proBNP). While a healthy person’s level is under 18, my son’s initial level was a staggering 1,000. However, at one point, it dropped to around 700. When I asked the doctor why it had gone down, he replied, “It just happened to drop, but it will get worse again. I wouldn’t hold out hope…”

I simply said, “I see.” But when we checked it the following month, it had dropped even further.

I realized that the drop in heart failure numbers meant his body was responding with joy. At the same time, I made sure to hold and touch him in ways that felt comforting and reassuring. I kept reading Dr. Emoto’s book out loud, communicating my thoughts to my son.

By allowing myself to feel love and gratitude, those emotions reached him. I continuously visualized his blood turning into beautiful crystals. Over time, his heart failure markers stabilized.

Today, they sit around 30, and at his absolute best, they reach 18—almost completely normal for a healthy person, whose levels are usually in the single digits.

The doctor eventually told me, “His levels have dropped to normal.” It took a very long time to get there, but the numbers steadily and surely went down. When they suddenly dropped to around 700 early on, I knew for certain we were on the right track. At the same time, physical contact proved to be incredibly important. I didn’t just touch him lightly; I touched him firmly and securely. Since his heart metrics improved so rapidly, I decided to focus on his lungs next.

Shifting Focus to the Lungs and Breathing Independently

My son suffered from pulmonary hypertension. The doctors explained that because of the hole in his heart valve, excessive pressure was being placed on his lungs, causing them to stiffen, give out, and eventually stop working. They told me there was no cure, and at best, we could only maintain his current state. So, then I began thanking his lungs too.

I spoke to his lungs repeatedly, as if broadcasting over a PA system. Even though the first doctor insisted his pulmonary hypertension would cause his lungs to stiffen and that a recovery was absolutely impossible, when we transferred to a new hospital, the new doctor told me clearly: “Your child does not have pulmonary hypertension.”

Hearing that he was okay, I felt the time had come to remove the ventilator. I had been communicating with my son’s body every single day just for this moment. One day, the ventilator screen flashed a signal indicating “spontaneous breathing.”

If this signal increased, it was proof he was breathing on his own. As I watched closely, the frequency began to rise. Since his natural breathing started conflicting with the ventilator, we began “independent training”—unplugging it for 10 seconds, then 20 seconds, then a minute, gradually increasing the time. I monitored his oxygen levels constantly using a pulse oximeter on his fingertip. The time grew from one or two minutes to ten minutes, and he steadily became able to breathe entirely on his own.

When I mentioned to the doctor, “His breathing is clashing with the machine, so I think he dislikes the ventilator now,” He told me: “That is absolutely impossible, and no one has ever successfully come off it. Don’t do anything unnecessary!”

Despite the warning, I didn’t give up and secretly kept up our independent training. The time grew to 40 minutes and kept increasing. I knew he could do it. After I pleaded multiple times, the doctor finally said, “If you are that insistent, let’s admit him for a short hospital stay to verify it with a technician.”

When the doctors monitored him in the hospital, they were utterly astonished. The doctor said, “His oxygen saturation isn’t dropping, and his heart rate remains stable. You can take him off the ventilator permanently.”

He hasn’t been free of a ventilator since then. He was about six years old at the time. When he was born, removing the ventilator would immediately cause cyanosis (turning blue), requiring an oxygen tank. But by age six, he was off the ventilator, and by age seven, he no longer needed oxygen tanks either.

He used to have a cannula in his nose, but last year even that was removed, leaving him completely free. Although we still perform direct suctioning, he experiences no blockages. He no longer requires any respiratory equipment and lives fully on independent breathing.

A Message from Mr. Oki (Following a HADO Astrea Reading Session): “The HADO Astrea measurement indicates that on a soul level, he may have chosen a life of self-sacrifice to bring awareness to his father, family, and relatives. He possesses a magnificent soul, born with a powerful will to bring realization to others, even at great personal cost.”

Gaining Cntrol Over Digestion and Body Temperature

In the beginning, he couldn’t pass stool or gas; his intestines simply weren’t functioning. I was told it would be best to give him a colostomy bag, but I fought against it and kept refusing the doctors until the very last moment. Today, he can do it all on his own.

He also couldn’t regulate his body temperature. In the winter, it would drop below 34°C (93.2°F), and in the summer, it would spike to 38°C (100.4°F). His average temperature used to be quite high, but now he regulates it beautifully, maintaining a normal baseline of 36.5°C (97.7°F) regardless of the outside weather.

Furthermore, his stomach and intestines weren’t working initially, and he was diagnosed with Hirschsprung’s disease, which causes intestinal tissue to die. Today, that condition is gone. He doesn’t use a feeding tube (gastrostomy) and has progressed to eating one meal a day entirely by mouth.

At first, his mouth, lips, and tongue couldn’t move at all, but now he can chew and swallow, and his gastrointestinal tract digests the food. Everything he eats and drinks becomes one with him, nourishing his body. He has truly shown us his innate power to live.

Living Beyond Precedents

Doctors have told me, “There are no past records of children with Trisomy 13 living this long, and we have never met anyone older than your son. He is the oldest.” Thinking there might be more hope in the United States with its advanced medicine, I inquired, but found out that there are no recorded living children with Trisomy 13 in Hawaii or mainland America either.

When I asked why, I was told that because there are no precedents and it is understood they cannot survive, treatment is generally not pursued from the start.

Instead, they asked in surprise, “Are there actually children with Trisomy 13 alive?” When we replied, “There is a 17-year-old in Japan,” they expressed a strong desire to visit Japan to see him. Through these exchanges, my hope and expectations for a life once thought lost grew immensely.

Attending School and Eating School Lunches

I heard that Dr. Emoto first spoke about water and HADO vibrations in Switzerland. It took time for his work to be recognized in Japan, though it was deeply understood abroad. When I realized, “My son is alive today thanks to Dr. Emoto—how can I convey this?” I found that the more gratitude I felt toward my son for being born, the healthier he became. The power of gratitude is truly extraordinary!

He is now a third-year high school student. He has perfect attendance and never misses a day. He goes to school regularly and participates in classes. Because it is a special education school, many children have severe conditions, and many are unable to attend physically. Initially, because of his ventilator, my son couldn’t attend school either; a visiting teacher would come to our house. But once the ventilator came off, he was able to go, starting from the fourth grade of elementary school. Now, staying from morning until after school, and eating his school lunch regularly, has become his normal daily routine.

Creating a Haven for Parents and Children in Similar Situations

At first, I was completely isolated. The doctors told me there was no hope and that I should just take him home to pass away. But I believed in the potential of my son’s life and his will to live. I filled our home with music, spoke kind words, conveyed positive thoughts, and never let up on physical skin-to-skin contact.

While living this way, I learned that many mothers raising children with severe disabilities suffer from depression, and divorce rates are high. I thought, “If there were a place where these mothers could gather and talk, and if I could share what my son and I experienced, it might give everyone strength.” When a mother is cut off from society, isolated, and living in despair, the child suffers, and the mother does too. When pushed to the brink, thoughts of despair can arise, so I want to tell them: It’s going to be all right.

Believing that a mother can find happiness by working alongside her child, I decided to open an after-school day service. Three years ago, I opened Waku Waku Home in Tenri City, Nara Prefecture—a place for children requiring intensive medical care.

Mothers who first come to us are often depressed, lacking energy, and feeling helpless while facing incredibly difficult circumstances with their children. Yet, they gradually regain their vitality. By practicing love, gratitude, and mindful communication, and by intending a space of safety, everyone’s mindset shifts.

In my case, a mother who once knew total despair stood up, found her strength, and subsequently, her child grew healthier and stopped requiring hospitalizations.

When we cooperate so that mothers of severely disabled children can work as nurses or childcare providers right alongside their own children in society, the mothers thrive, the siblings thrive, and the husbands thrive too. That positive energy spreads widely.

It’s about letting go of self-doubt and suffering, becoming lighter, holding hands, and lifting each other up. Parents leave Waku Waku Home with smiles, saying, “That was so much fun! Thank you!”

We also host overnight stays at the home. When I share this story during those times, everyone is deeply moved, and they go on to express gratitude to their other children as well. This is why I want to share Dr. Emoto’s teachings with as many people as possible, and I speak about it in various places. I show them the children’s version of The Message from Water, explaining that saying “thank you” creates beautiful, sparkling crystals, while harsh words break them. When taught this, the siblings begin using kinder language, hugging one another, and saying, “You’re so cute, thank you, I love you.”

Through sharing this story, I have met and connected with countless people. I used to feel a sense of loneliness because Dr. Emoto has passed away and I could never meet him in person. Visiting his company today and seeing everyone carrying on his legacy and vision makes me incredibly happy.

Giving Love and Gratitude to Everything

A few years ago, there was a stage production in Tokyo themed around “Living,” and my son and I were invited to perform. I shared the story I am telling you now, along with our work at the day service, and we were awarded the Grand Prix.

The following year, we were invited to speak at the Osaka Jou Hall for an online circus event aimed at distributing free circus tickets to children with disabilities and illnesses in hospitals. I spoke there using PowerPoint slides showing the water crystals.

Every time I share this story, I feel our connections expanding. For instance, if a child is fighting pediatric cancer, I suggest expressing gratitude to their cancer medication—imagining it transforming into a beautiful crystal as it enters the body. Remarkably, a child with pediatric cancer truly recovered and is doing wonderfully well today. If we extend love and gratitude to chemotherapy, and to everything we eat and drink, wouldn’t any substance transform into positive energy?

The concept of “love and gratitude” is a gift I learned from Dr. Emoto’s books. Encountering his book saved both my son and me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

To anyone carrying burdens in their body or mind: why not try expressing love and gratitude to every corner of your own body? Loving and cherishing yourself is exactly what the water crystal photographs in Dr. Emoto’s books are trying to tell us—they show us that our inner water responds by forming beautiful crystals.

The Energy of the “Field” and Emoto-ism

The teachings of “water” and “Hado” (vibrational energy) passed down by our late Chairman, Dr. Masaru Emoto, now serve as a bridge between science and spirituality, giving courage to people all over the world. Today, let us take a deep dive into the concept of the “energy field” (the energy of a space), which holds the key to fundamentally transforming the quality of our daily lives, blending the latest scientific perspectives with the core philosophy of Emoto-ism.

What is the True Nature of the Invisible “Field”?

“The moment that person walks in, the whole room brightens up.” “There is something about this place that makes me feel uneasy.” We constantly sense this invisible “something” in our daily lives. In Japanese, we refer to this as Ba (the field or space), and there is undeniably a tangible energy residing within it.

This phenomenon can be understood through two major perspectives:

The Physical Field: Electromagnetic fields, gravitational fields, and quantum fields.

The Vital Field (Spiritual Field): The formative energy of life often discussed in Qigong, alternative medicine, and quantum mechanics.

Consider the Earth: it is essentially a giant magnet wrapped in an invisible membrane of energy called the “magnetosphere.” This magnetic shield acts as a vital barrier, protecting all life on Earth from harmful solar radiation. It is also the reason migratory birds can travel thousands of miles without getting lost—they perceive this invisible magnetic force using their internal “biological compass.”

The Universal Blueprint:
The “Torus Structure” and the Power of the Heart

In the natural world, there is a universal shape through which energy circulates with maximum efficiency. This is the “torus”—a donut-shaped, self-sustaining vortex of energy circulation.

This form represents a fundamental design of the universe. It manifests in the macroscopic world as planets and galaxies, in familiar nature as the cross-sections of apples and oranges, and all the way down to the microscopic world of atoms. We, as human beings, are also enveloped in this torus-shaped energy field.

The crucial point here is that for humans, the center of this torus is located right in the heart. The heart is the body’s most powerful generator of electromagnetic fields.

According to pioneering research (such as studies conducted by the HeartMath Institute), the electrical output of the heart is roughly 60 times greater than that of the brain. Even more astonishingly, its magnetic strength is approximately 5,000 times stronger than that of the brain. This powerful magnetic field extends several meters (about 3 to 4 meters) outside the physical body, and its presence has been clearly mapped and verified by highly sensitive magnetometers.

This magnetic field envelops your entire body in a beautiful, flowing torus shape. Through this powerful vibration generated by the heart’s magnetic field, the information of our “thoughts” and “emotions” is continuously circulating—rippling into every single cell of our bodies and outward into the vast universe.

The “Five Bodies” Composing the Human Form and the Role of Water

We do not exist as physical flesh alone. In the world of Hado measurement, we can detect the states of “four invisible bodies” that overlap outside our physical form:

    1. The Etheric Body (The Ki/Vital Body):

The energetic blueprint that maintains vitality and physical health.

      2. The Astral Body (The Emotional Body):

The seat of emotions, desires, and sensory perceptions.

     3. The Mental Body (The Thought Body):
The realm of thought, logic, and core beliefs.

      4. The Causal Body (The Soul Body):

The storehouse that imprints the memories and true essence of the soul.

Water, which makes up about 70% of our physical body, acts as an antenna that receives information from these higher-dimensional fields. Simultaneously, it functions as a memory storage device, transmitting that data throughout our entire system. When our energy field is aligned and harmonious, the water crystals within our bodies also form beautiful, ordered structures, bringing true harmony to both mind and body.

Why Can’t We See the “Aura”?
 Removing the Brain’s Filters

It is a common misconception that reading auras is a gift reserved only for a special few. In reality, anyone can see an aura (the etheric body). The only reason we don’t is because our brains filter it out as “information unnecessary for daily survival.”

If our brains were to process every single bit of the vast amount of sensory data entering through our eyes, ears, skin, and tongue, they would quickly short-circuit. To prevent this, the brain selectively filters information to suit our convenience. This process involves corrective functions, such as “memory color.” For example, when a yellow banana is placed under a blue light, your brain relies on past experience to perceive it as “yellow.”

In other words, we do not see the world “as it is”—we only see “the world we already know.” However, just as martial artists can be trained to sense the movement of “Ki” (an opponent’s intent to strike before they even move), we can relearn how to see auras through practice. The secret is to stop trying to see with your physical eyes and start trying to feel.

Practice Three Steps to Sensing Energy

  1. Observe the Connection Between Your Fingertips Against a dark background, bring the middle fingers of both hands close together, facing each other. As you exhale, focus on them with the clear intention that “energy is flowing from my fingertips.” You will begin to see a faint, white, smoke-like mist.
  2. Move Your Fingers Slowly pull your fingers apart or shift them sideways, and notice how the mist stretches between them like thin, energetic threads.
  3. Gaze at Yourself in the Mirror Stand in front of a mirror. Instead of focusing sharply, relax your eyes into a soft, half-closed gaze (“Han-gan”) and look around your shoulders. When you see a faint layer of light outline your body, you are looking at your energy field.

Consciousness Creates Reality:
The Power of the “Observer” in Quantum Mechanics

In the world once described by Isaac Newton, human beings were mere bystanders. However, the advent of quantum mechanics completely overturned this conventional wisdom—a phenomenon perfectly demonstrated by the famous double-slit experiment.

Quanta, the fundamental building blocks of matter, exist merely as “waves (waves of potential)” when no one is watching. Yet, the exact moment someone observes them, they instantly transform into “particles (physical matter).” In short, reality only solidifies when our “consciousness” intervenes.

This beautifully aligns with the truth that our late Chairman, Dr. Masaru Emoto, dedicated his life to sharing: “Words (vibrations) transform water crystals (matter).” We are not passive bystanders in this world; we are the “Creators” of every single moment.

The Law of the Mirror:
The World Reflects Your Inner Self

“The Law of the Mirror” applies this exact mechanism to our daily lives. The events that unfold before us and the reactions of others are nothing more than a projection screen reflecting our inner thoughts and beliefs (our inner blueprint).

  • The Filter of Consciousness The moment you decide you want a new watch, you suddenly start noticing watch advertisements everywhere. The world didn’t change; your consciousness did, altering how your brain filters incoming information.
  • Others are Your Mirror If you find yourself angered by someone who acts completely freely, it is often a sign that you hold a rigid, subconscious rule within yourself that says, “I must not be free.”
  • Wiping the Dirt off the Mirror No matter how hard you wipe a mirror, the smudge on your face won’t disappear. You must wash your own face. In the same way, shifting your inner vibration is the only true way to change your outer reality.

The Exchange of Energy and the Cycle of Giving

Our energy fields are in a constant state of mutual exchange with everything and everyone around us.

Energy Exchange and the Flow of “Giving” Our energy fields are in a continuous state of mutual influence with our surroundings.

  • Energy-Draining States When fueled by jealousy or a desire to control, a person drains energy from those around them, causing others to wither and shrink.
  • Energy-Giving States When we interact with others through love, gratitude, and altruism, we radiate energy to everyone around us.

Interestingly, within a torus structure, any energy projected outward inevitably flows back to its source. When you wholeheartedly support someone and give them your energy, you feel energized too. This is proof that the energetic circulation has been maximized, revitalizing your own field.

Resonating with the Universe:
The Grand Power Plant

As Nikola Tesla foresaw, the Earth is a giant generator that produces a staggering amount of energy through its rotation and revolution. The universe itself is a vast field brimming with infinite energy.

How, then, do we receive our desired reality from this universe? It works exactly like choosing a channel on a television.

Countless broadcast waves (possibilities) are flying through the air, but you won’t see a thing unless you tune the television to the right frequency. Whichever frequency we tune our “consciousness” to determines the reality—the “picture”—that we pull into our lives.

  1. Thought (Consciousness) Comes First First, you tune into the channel.
  2. Vibrational Interference That consciousness ripples out and affects the universal field.
  3. Reality Follows With a slight time lag, the physical events materialize.

As taught in the Buddhist Heart Sutra, “Form is emptiness, emptiness is form.” The visible world of matter (form) and the invisible field of energy (emptiness) are two sides of the same coin. The space around us that appears completely empty is actually filled with infinite energy.

The Future Begins with Your Vibration

Our emotions and thoughts are the vibrations we paint onto the grand canvas of the universe.

There is no need to panic or feel anxious if your reality hasn’t changed just yet. Just as there is a brief pause between turning on a TV and the picture appearing on the screen, the universe is currently rearranging reality to match your new vibration.

The simple “Thank you” you speak today carries a beautiful vibration. It purifies the water within your body, brightens your torus field, and will ultimately rewrite the fabric of the world into something beautiful.

                  *   *   *   *   *

1. Matter with Two Faces: “Particle” and “Wave”

First, let us look at an experiment where microscopic matter (such as electrons) is fired toward a wall with two slits.

  • Characteristics as a Particle: If matter were simply a tiny “particle,” it would pass through the two slits and leave exactly “two lines” on the back wall.
  • Characteristics as a Wave: If matter were a “wave,” the waves passing through the two slits would interfere with each other, creating multiple stripes (an interference pattern) on the wall.

When the actual experiment is conducted, a surprising thing happens. Even when electrons are fired one by one, an interference pattern—the footprint of a wave—appears on the wall. This implies that the electron behaved as an “insubstantial wave of energy that can exist anywhere at once.”

2. Reality is Fixed the Moment It is “Observed”

Intrigued by this, scientists installed a camera (measuring device) to see which slit each electron actually passed through. Then, something unbelievable occurred. The moment it was watched by the camera, the electron, which had been behaving as a “wave” until then, suddenly began to act just like a solid “particle.” The pattern on the wall instantly changed back to “two lines.”

3. Our “Consciousness” Influences the World

What this experiment suggests is that “until someone looks at it (observes it), the world exists merely as a wave of possibilities.” Chairman Masaru Emoto shared with the world how “vibrations (energy)” such as words and music can change the shapes of water crystals. This double-slit experiment may also show us, through the eyes of science, that the energy of our consciousness and attention determines the state of matter. We are not merely observers of this world; we play a part as “creators” who actively bring this world into being.

The Torus:
The Ultimate Form of Self-Sustaining Life

The golden energy emanates from the center of a person’s heart (the heart chakra), circulating to draw a beautiful torus.

Energy wells up from the center, flows around the exterior, and returns once again to the core. This “torus structure” is the fundamental blueprint of energy found at every level of the universe—from microscopic atoms to apples, and all the way to giant galaxies. This form, in its state of perpetual circulation, is the “ultimate shape” that allows life to shine autonomously and infinitely.

Dr. Antonio Jimenez, the founder of the cancer treatment hospital “Hope4Cancer” in Cancun, Mexico, and one of the world’s leading experts in cancer therapy, visited I.H.M (Emoto Office) to experience his HADO counseling session utilizing the “HADO Astrea MMXX” and the “KAZUTAMA System III.”

Dr. Antonio welcomes advanced cancer patients from all over the world, treating each and every individual with utmost sincerity through various integrative medicine approaches.

On May 17, 2026, he attended the “31st Integrative Therapy Convention” held in Tokyo — the longest-running convention of its kind in Japan — as a keynote speaker. He spoke passionately about the latest integrative medical treatments, their astonishing clinical results, and the profound correlation between cancer and human emotions.

HADO Reading Session of May 18th at our office revealed that he is a truly pure-hearted and deeply compassionate individual who constantly wishes from the bottom of his heart to heal all of his patients.

Deeply impressed by the methods of Mr. Oki from our HADO Reading Session Department, Dr. Antonio is now considering introducing the HADO Astrea MMXX and the KAZUTAMA System III to his hospital in Mexico to benefit more patients in the future.

According to Dr. Antonio, many of the cancer patients he has treated have developed the illness due to fear and trauma. This has reaffirmed our belief that it is absolutely essential for more people to understand the profound relationship between water and human emotions.
The interview with Dr. Antonio will be featured in “HADO LIFE,” our newsletter for members.

Thank you very much, Dr. Antonio Jimenez, for coming to our office. We are absolutely delighted that Dr. Antonio experienced our HADO Reading Serssion and was deeply moved by it. We look forward to seeing you soon again!
With love and gratitude,
Team of Office Masaru Emoto

BEYOND COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS

Article written by Seiichiro Yoshinouchi

“Sickness starts in the mind.”

Thirty years ago, Dr. Emoto taught me this phrase. At that time, I learned the concept of Hado Counseling: that the root cause of illness lies in the negative emotions a person has accumulated. Back then, medicine only looked for the causes of disease within the physical body.
In contrast, the Hado method’s ability to identify negative emotions was a groundbreaking technique. In Oriental medicine, it is said that the five internal organs are connected to five specific emotions. They resonate with each other: the liver with anger, the kidneys with fear, the lungs with sadness, the heart with mania (over-excitement), and the spleen (pancreas) with melancholy.

Hado counseling follows the principles of Eastern medicine, viewing human existence not just as a physical body, but as an energetic entity known as consciousness. Our approach is based on the understanding that negative emotions do not affect the body directly; rather, they attract resonating toxins, which then impact the body and lead to illness. Based on this, we measured vibrations in the order of: Physical Body ⇒ Toxins ⇒ Emotions, creating “Hado Water” to correct these imbalances.

“At that time, our approach was based on the understanding that the realm of consciousness storing negative emotional vibrations was the personal unconscious. Therefore, Hado counseling focused on addressing the subconscious of each specific individual. This methodology remained our primary approach until 2019.”

*2020: Transitioning into the Era of the Whole*

It is truly remarkable, but some bloggers had predicted that the “Era of the Individual” would end in 2019, giving way to the “Era of the Whole” starting in 2020. Indeed, 2020 saw the emergence of the novel coronavirus, which spread across the globe in an instant, leading to a pandemic. Suddenly, we were faced with a situation where the entire planet had to confront the same issue. As if in synchronicity with this global shift, our Hado counseling also evolved from 2020 to approach the collective consciousness. This led to the completion of a new methodology to identify Hado codes that are effective for everyone.

The first experiment with this new method involved a Hado code designed to address the influenza outbreak in the winter of 2019. We asked individuals who were already infected to test this code, which had been retrieved from the collective consciousness. The feedback was overwhelming, with almost everyone reporting significant positive effects. These results confirmed that our measurement methodology was sound. Consequently, we identified Hado codes for the novel coronavirus that emerged the following year and provided this information to our Kazutama users free of charge. Furthermore, as vaccinations began and many experienced health issues due to side effects, we also identified specific codes to mitigate those adverse effects.

Furthermore, it became known that individuals who had been vaccinated were emitting spike proteins. It was discovered that many people were experiencing symptoms similar to a COVID-19 infection due to the influence of these proteins, a phenomenon that prompted us to identify specific counter-measure codes.
With the completion of a measurement methodology that can access the collective consciousness, we have become able to identify Hado codes that address various issues as they arise in the world. I believe that many of our Kazutama users have been able to receive the benefits of these developments during such critical times.

*2025: Transitioning to Cosmic Consciousness*

By approaching the collective consciousness, we discovered unprecedented ways to apply Hado technology. However, I felt that a “global awakening” of this collective consciousness was essential to steer the world in a positive direction. Around that time, the book Who Do You Live For Today? was published. In it, the author, Shogen, shares a prophecy he received during a seminar from a village chief in Bunju, Tanzania, who had been communicating with the ancient Jomon people of Japan in his dreams.

“The world will face destruction when the Japanese people can no longer hear the sound of insects. In other words, when there are no longer people who can hold a dialogue with nature, the collapse of the Earth will begin. On July 5, 2025, at 4:11 AM, a ‘Great Awakening’ will come to the people of Japan. This ‘Great Awakening’ means that the memories of having been loved unconditionally throughout time will suddenly come rushing back.”

Upon learning of this prophecy, I decided to take action toward July 5th. Together with our Kazutama users, I initiated a healing project to purify the Japanese archipelago and awaken the collective consciousness of the Japanese people, utilizing both the Kazutama system and our collective prayers. We have been conducting these healing sessions through monthly Zoom Live events, calling on users to join us. Since starting this initiative, the measurement methodology for Hado counseling has evolved exponentially.

In particular, the “Jomon Gate” measurement has advanced remarkably, ultimately allowing us to reach Hado codes that can be described as Cosmic Consciousness. I realized that what lies beyond the collective consciousness is the realm of Cosmic Consciousness (Divine Love).
By reaching this realm, a “conduit of blessing” is completed. This allows us to receive Divine Love (blessings) and, furthermore, that received energy of love overflows, enabling us to share and radiate that energy to the people around us.

*The Final Form of Hado Counseling*

After 29 years of dedicated research into Hado codes and counseling methodologies, we have finally reached a connection with Cosmic Consciousness. I never imagined that this journey would culminate in such a profound way. My mission now is to integrate this final form into a device that anyone can easily use, making it accessible to the entire world.
In the near future, I believe every individual will experience an awakening of consciousness, reclaiming the ancient memories of being loved that were cherished during the Jomon era. We will each fulfill our roles as creators of a peaceful Earth, free from conflict. It is with this vision that I am committed to developing this ultimate Hado device.
