Why the HADO of Love and Gratitude Create Beautiful Crystals

What Water Whispers to Us

“Love and Gratitude”—these are the words that the late Masaru Emoto cherished above all else throughout his lifelong research into HADO (vibrational energy).

Dr. Emoto conducted countless experiments where he spoke various words, played different types of music, and offered prayers to water, then froze it to observe the resulting crystals under a microscope. Among all the stimuli tested, the words “Love and Gratitude” consistently generated some of the most exquisitely formed and beautiful crystals.

But why these two specific words?

Love and Gratitude as the Energy of “Harmony”

Dr. Emoto believed that human emotions and words possess their own unique, inherent vibrations, which in turn influence water.

Emotions such as anger, hatred, and fear create division, conflict, and tension. On the other hand, love and gratitude foster acceptance, empathy, and harmony.

The Beauty of Order Inherent in Nature

If the fundamental essence of the universe is “order and harmony,” then love and gratitude can be seen as the states of being closest to that universal order. Water, perhaps, visualizes this truth by expressing it through beautiful, geometric crystal patterns.

Snowflakes, honeycombs, the arrangement of flower petals—nature is filled with astonishingly beautiful order. These are not random coincidences; they can be understood as the result of energy finding its most efficient and stable state.

When the vibrations of love and gratitude act upon water, the water molecules arrange themselves into a more synchronized, harmonious state, giving rise to highly symmetrical, breathtakingly beautiful crystals.

The Essence of Love and Gratitude: Awakening to “Connection”

Interestingly, the world’s major religions all share a common emphasis on the importance of love and gratitude.

Though their languages and expressions may differ, their core essence remains the same. This suggests that throughout human history, we have known through collective experience that love and gratitude possess the power to harmonize relationships between people, between humanity and nature, and between humanity and the divine.

What, then, is the true nature of love and gratitude?

It seems to stem from a profound sense that “you and I are fundamentally connected.”

  • Gratitude is the heart that realizes, “I am not living entirely on my own.”
  • Love is the heart that concludes, “I accept your existence exactly as you are.”

Neither of these forces creates separation; instead, they both weave connection.

Given that roughly 60 to 70 percent of our bodies are made of water, speaking words of love and gratitude to ourselves daily must bring harmony to our bodies and minds, just as it does to water crystals. In a way, it is the practice of nurturing life itself into a beautiful crystal.

Dr. Emoto often said:

“Humans are born out of love, and return through gratitude.”

We are blessed and loved into this world, and at the journey’s end, we depart with gratitude for the countless encounters and support we received along the way. This is not mere moral advice; it is a philosophy reflecting the very essence of human existence and a shared wisdom found across global spiritual traditions.

A Life Beginning in LOVE

Every single one of us is born into a web of life woven by our parents, families, and countless ancestors. From the moment we enter this world, we are held, protected, and nurtured by someone else.

At the starting point of every life, there is always “love received.”

A baby is not loved because they achieved something; they are loved simply because they exist. Love is the power to validate another’s existence unconditionally. Human beings are, by nature, meant to begin their lives wrapped in love.

A Life Ending in GRATITUDE

It is said that as people approach the final chapters of their lives, many arrive at a shared realization.

They realize, “I did not walk this path alone.”

Family, friends, mentors, and peers; the people who grew the food we ate, and the countless nameless individuals who sustained society—when we truly understand how deeply our lives were supported by so many existences, gratitude naturally wells up in our hearts.

In our youth, we may think, “I achieved this through my own hard work.” Yet, looking back on a long life, we notice the dynamic, invisible support that was always present behind the scenes. This realization transforms into a deep gratitude that brings a profound peace to the soul.

Gratitude, ultimately, is the “awakening to our interconnectedness.”

LOVE and GRATITUDE in Buddhism, Shinto, and Christianity

In Buddhism, it is taught that all things exist through Engi (dependent origination). Nothing exists entirely on its own. Deeply understanding this dissolves arrogance and fosters compassion and gratitude for others. Jihi (loving-kindness and compassion) is the practical application of love extended to all living things.

In Shinto, divinity is believed to reside within nature itself. When we bow our heads and press our hands together at a shrine, we offer a prayer of thanks: “Thank you for allowing me to live through another day.” The core of this faith is the practice of living with a grateful heart.

In Christianity, the Bible states that “God is love.” It teaches that human beings are sustained by God’s love, and those who receive this love are called to love others. Daily prayers are fundamentally incomplete without expressions of thanksgiving.

LOVE and GRATITUDE: A Singular Cycle

When we look closely, love and gratitude are not separate concepts.

Receiving love gives birth to gratitude, and holding gratitude allows love to grow.

The two support each other, flowing in a continuous, beautiful cycle. This is precisely why Dr. Emoto placed these two words side by side, delivering “Love and Gratitude” as his most vital, enduring message to the world.

A Life Formed by LOVEove and Sealed with GRATITUDE

Life is a long journey.

At the beginning of the journey, there is the love poured into us by so many. At the end of the journey, there is the gratitude we hold for so many.

Perhaps we are not born to acquire material possessions, but rather to receive love, to give love, and to learn gratitude.

If so, then today is an irreplaceable opportunity to express gratitude to someone and to extend kindness to another.

**  A life that begins in love and concludes in gratitude  **  — this may well be the most beautiful way to live the human experience.

The More Hado Water You Drink, the Faster the Change—Before You Know It, Your Heart Feels Lighter.

Material Approaches Alone Cannot Achieve Total Improvement

I have been running a personal training gym since 2017. In the beginning, I focused on offering workout guidance and recommending health supplements to my clients. However, interacting with many clients daily made me realize that the results of weight loss and constitutional improvement vary greatly depending on one’s state of mind. Having studied the subconscious mind previously, I deeply felt the vital importance of the mental aspect. I used to offer advice on inner child work and rewriting the subconscious, but I kept wondering: “Isn’t there a simpler, more effective way? What is needed to take this a step deeper?”

It was during this time that I encountered KTS-PRO (Kazutama Professional) and had a Hado Reading  Session done for myself. At first, I didn’t fully grasp it, but as I underwent repeated reading sessions, my own feelings and current reality began to shift. I experienced a profound, tangible difference.

How to Avoid Falling Ill

When I was a year and a half old, I was diagnosed with whooping cough. I was hospitalized, but my symptoms grew progressively worse, leaving me with rashes and sores from head to toe. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) had spread throughout my body. MRSA can be life-threatening if it enters a child’s system. Although I underwent various long-term drug therapies, the bacteria could not be eliminated. My family also grew distrustful of the hospital’s handling of the situation, leading to my discharge while still carrying the bacteria.

This experience triggered severe drug allergies, and the doctor told us, “From now on, your only option is to simply not get sick.” Around the same time, my mother also fell ill and suffered severe side effects from her medications. Both mother and child could no longer rely on medicine. If Western medicine failed us, we had no choice but to turn to alternative therapies—a situation that caused my mother immense anxiety.

Later, she discovered a miraculous product: aloe vera juice, which is highly charged with Hado energy and rich in micronutrients. Thanks to nutritional therapy using this juice, we overcame our illnesses without relying on pharmaceuticals. While my constitution improved and I grew up healthy, my mother had still not fully recovered her health.

One day, she happened to come across two books on Hado. In one book, she was shocked to learn that each human organ has its own vibrational frequency, which is deeply connected to illness, and that there are devices capable of measuring and improving these frequencies. The other book was The Dawn of the Hado Era by Dr. Masaru Emoto. This book explained the relationship between negative emotions and illness, and it became our gateway into the world of Hado. This was about 27 or 28 years ago.

Following that discovery, my mother attended the author’s clinic for several years to receive Hado Reading Sessions and her personalized Hado waters, which brought about some improvement. This sparked her interest in the field, and our home gradually filled with items designed to harmonize Hado. Through my mother, my own opportunities to experience Hado increased as well. Around 2017, I learned about Mr. Yoshinori, and the following year, I began using the Kazutama MINI. At first, without fully understanding what I was doing, I took measurements and created Hado water to drink. Eventually, I transitioned to using the Kazutama System III and Kazutama REIWA.

A Growing Demand for Mental Support

Today, in addition to my work as a personal gym trainer, I interact with clients as a KTS-PRO operator. It all started when my mother asked me to study it with her. As the training progressed, she remarked, “Ryo, you are actually more cut out for this than I am.” And that’s how I naturally fell into this role.

Initially, I had no intention of doing this professionally. However, once I started using it, I realized how truly incredible it is. I figured, “Well, if it’s this good, I have no choice but to pursue it.” Soon after, people started asking me for Hado Reading Sessions. Gym clients and acquaintances requested sessions, and the numbers grew rapidly. Before I knew it, I had measured and created Hado water for about 50 people. Those clients continue to return as regulars, and it seems I’ve become busier with Hado Reading Sessions than with my personal training work.

Of course, the most common reason people seek Hado Reading Sessions is for physical concerns. However, an almost equal number of clients look to improve their subconscious mind—wishing to enhance their businesses, improve interpersonal relationships, or better their partnerships. A vast majority want to improve their current life situation. In fact, about 80% of my clients seek improvement on a mental and emotional level.

The more Hado water you drink, the faster the changes occur. Clients who come in for Hado Reading Sessions about once a month experience a much swifter pace of transformation. The same goes for those who maintain proper nutritional intake. As Dr. Masaru Emoto wrote in The Dawn of the Hado Era, vitamins, minerals, and proteins (amino acids) are essential for the physical body. While the pace of change varies from person to person, this is something I have deeply realized through both my own experience and observing my clients.

Before I Knew It, the Negative Feelings Were Gone

In the past, I used to have a profound fear of driving. It wasn’t until I started drinking Hado water that I finally understood why. Although I held a driver’s license, our family didn’t own a car, and for some reason, I never felt inclined to drive. Even on the rare occasions when I drove a rental car, I was always on edge. For over ten years, driving filled me with fear and anxiety. However, once I began drinking Hado water consistently, opportunities to drive began to naturally present themselves.

When traveling with friends, I would somehow find myself in situations where I had to take the wheel. Then, something incredible happened. One day, out of nowhere, the thought struck me: “I want a car.” And in June of the year before last, I bought one! For me, this was a massive shift. Even though it hasn’t even been a year since the purchase, I have already driven over 14,000 kilometers. The resistance I once felt simply vanished.

When I bought the car, I reflected on how much of that negative emotion towards driving had been lifted. I wondered, “Why was I so terrified before?” It was then that I remembered my father’s rather fierce temperament on the road.

While he was a gentle father to his family, behind the wheel, he would get angry and complain whenever another car cut him off. I recalled how stuck in traffic, I would absorb that irritation, and I realized I had a major mental block rooted in those moments. Drinking Hado water had dissolved that block. I realized that the childhood memories of my father’s driving embedded in my subconscious had equated driving with feelings of impatience and fear.

Making the Heart Even Lighter

Hado water continuously corrects negative emotions, causing them to fade away before you even notice. As a result, things in life begin to flow much more smoothly. I have witnessed this phenomenon happen countless times, both to myself and to the people around me.

I used to have a mental block regarding travel as well, but that too has been lifted, and I am now able to travel all across Japan and even abroad. I truly believe that the Kazutama series, with its ability to improve emotions, is incredible. As someone who performs the Reading Sessions, I feel this deeply, and those who drink the Hado water are experiencing wonderful improvements as well. People who were once deeply distressed by relationships with their parents, spouses, or colleagues have found resolution and shared their joyful feedback with me.

I believe that having a lighter heart is incredibly important for the era we are entering. It feels as though many people today carry a lot of anxiety regarding their health, their mindset, and negative emotions about the economy. I want to help reduce those negative feelings. By first lightening my own spirit with Hado water and living with joy and happiness, I believe that positive vibration will ripple out to those around me. Ultimately, I believe this will spread throughout Japan, across the world, and wrap the entire Earth in a beautiful vibration.

Dr. Antonio Jimenez Experiences HADO Reading Session

Dr. Antonio Jimenez, the founder of the cancer treatment hospital “Hope4Cancer” in Cancun, Mexico, and one of the world’s leading experts in cancer therapy, visited I.H.M (Emoto Office) to experience his HADO counseling session utilizing the “HADO Astrea MMXX” and the “KAZUTAMA System III.”

Dr. Antonio welcomes advanced cancer patients from all over the world, treating each and every individual with utmost sincerity through various integrative medicine approaches.

On May 17, 2026, he attended the “31st Integrative Therapy Convention” held in Tokyo — the longest-running convention of its kind in Japan — as a keynote speaker. He spoke passionately about the latest integrative medical treatments, their astonishing clinical results, and the profound correlation between cancer and human emotions.

HADO Reading Session of May 18th at our office revealed that he is a truly pure-hearted and deeply compassionate individual who constantly wishes from the bottom of his heart to heal all of his patients.

Deeply impressed by the methods of Mr. Oki from our HADO Reading Session Department, Dr. Antonio is now considering introducing the HADO Astrea MMXX and the KAZUTAMA System III to his hospital in Mexico to benefit more patients in the future.

According to Dr. Antonio, many of the cancer patients he has treated have developed the illness due to fear and trauma. This has reaffirmed our belief that it is absolutely essential for more people to understand the profound relationship between water and human emotions.
The interview with Dr. Antonio will be featured in “HADO LIFE,” our newsletter for members.

Thank you very much, Dr. Antonio Jimenez, for coming to our office. We are absolutely delighted that Dr. Antonio experienced our HADO Reading Serssion and was deeply moved by it. We look forward to seeing you soon again!
With love and gratitude,
