What is Hado(波動)?

Masaru Emoto said, “Everything is Hado”.
Hado is a Japanese term that literally translates to “vibration” or “wave motion.”
It‘s something like the energy generated when electrons orbit an atomic nucleus.

The ‘smallest unit of energy’ that makes up everything = Elementary particles
It’s a unit common to microorganisms, raindrops, and even the air. Everything that exists emits its own unique frequency.
Hado = vibration (frequency) = information = energy T

*People’s consciousness (thoughts and emotions), words, and actions are HADO*

Consciousness becomes words, which lead to actions. Positive and kind thoughts and words generate beautiful vibrations, while anger, negative emotions, and words generate negative vibrations. Vibrations follow the law of vibration. As the Japanese saying goes, “Birds of a feather flock together”—frequencies of the same kind resonate with one another. For example, if you prepare two 440 Hz tuning forks and one 442 Hz tuning fork, and strike the 440 Hz fork, the other 440 Hz fork will resonate and produce a sound. The 442 Hz tuning fork, with its slightly different frequency, will hardly resonate at all. This is the law of vibrations, the law of resonance. And, in essence, it is also the “law of attraction”—it’s just a matter of different terminology. The reason each person’s life is different is that their daily state of mind, words, and actions manifest in their lives through these vibrations.

*The Law of HADO*

 1) HADO (Vibrations) resonate with similar HADO (vibrations).
Vibrations resonate with similar vibrations, and according to the “principle of resonance”—where similar wavelengths attract one another—a positive mind attracts good events, while a negative mind attracts the opposite. If you wish to lead a healthy and happy life, focus on emotions such as love, gratitude, and joy, and create a positive environment; your life will then naturally align with that positive state.

2) The HADO you send out return to their source.
For example, when you throw a stone into calm water, ripples spread outward. However, when those waves hit the shore, they always return toward the center (where the stone was thrown). This means that the ripples created by the “stones” of our thoughts and emotions will always return to us, the center.

3) Since HADO is energy, it also affects those around us.
For example, when a cheerful person enters a room, the space instantly brightens, and a cheerful, lively atmosphere fills the air. On the other hand, when an angry person enters, that negative emotion spreads throughout the entire space, and the atmosphere instantly becomes tense and heavy. In this way, since emotions are HADO, they affect the people around us—not just humans, but all living things, including animals and plants.

*The Relationship Between HADO and Water*

“The more I learned about HADO, the more I realized that they are inextricably linked to water.”

—Masaru Emoto, *HADO, Water, and Life*

Water stores and transmits vibrational information.
Masaru Emoto has been conducting HADO measurements for many years and has helped resolve the problems (illnesses and various other issues) faced by over 10,000 people. In these HADO measurements, he transferred the HADO information necessary to solve each individual’s specific problem onto water, which the person then drank. Through this process, he discovered water’s ability to store and transmit information.
When water is exposed to various words, prayers, photographs, or music—either by showing them to the water or playing them for it—and then frozen, the resulting crystals reveal that the water’s crystalline structure differs depending on the specific HADO present.

*Water is a medium for transmitting HADO*

Water stores and transmits information and vibrations from its surroundings.

After being exposed to the words “Love and Gratitude,” the water formed the most beautiful crystal.

Masaru Emoto said that water is a mirror of the mind. Since emotions and thoughts are all forms of HADO, water instantly records and transmits that HADO information. This means that the environment around us is influenced by it.
HADO affects not only our own lives but also our families, the people around us, plants and animals, and the natural environment. Therefore, to create a better environment, it is important to first adjust our own consciousness—which is a form of HADO—to a positive state. And as water demonstrates, the most important thing is to become a person filled with “love and gratitude.”
